New Procedures to Protect Everyones Health

How is the home inspecton industry responding to COVID-19?

In these unprecedented times the home inspection industry has new rules we are following to protect the health of our clients, agents and sellers. To this end, We have completed the course for Covid-19 safety guidelines for Home Inspectors. We are following the State of Washington law and the best practices put forth from the Department of Health. These practices include limiting the number of people at the inspection, wearing personal protective gear masks and gloves, and observing social distancing rules during the inspection. Masks must be worn at all times. We do reviews with our clients after the inspection has been completed.
